Our Panda Shift Leaders are central to our restaurant teams, driving the mission of Panda through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer operations experience
- Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
- ADA Statement: Hot and noisy environments, limited storage space, high shelving, fast-paced work environment, need for quick accuracy and adaptability
Skills
Gaining valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts, preparing and serving Panda favorites, and developing oneself and others.
