About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal members of our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in crafting delicious meals, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the restaurant's ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Prior operations experience preferred.
• Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Knowledge of ADA requirements and ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and limited-space environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
