About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' abilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic situations, and manage conflicts.
