About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant’s own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Panda Strong: Founded in 1983, we are the largest family-owned American Chinese restaurant concept in America. We strive to deliver exceptional dining experiences and build an organization that values family values.
