Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and enthusiasm.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your career and those of your team members.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations.
• Food Safety: Acquire certifications required by local/municipal regulations at your own expense.
• ADA Statement: Work in a hot, noisy, and confined kitchen environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.

Schedule

Shift Lead positions typically operate on a rotating schedule to ensure coverage across different times of the day.
