Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and enthusiasm.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your career and those of your team members.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Acquire certifications required by local/municipal regulations at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Work in a hot, noisy, and confined kitchen environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
