About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Acquire certifications required by local/municipal regulations at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, requiring standing for extended periods and reaching high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic environments, and manage conflicts.
