About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and maintaining a proud ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' abilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Prior operations experience preferred.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes hot environment.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Shift Lead positions typically operate on a rotating schedule to cover various shifts throughout the day and night.
