Our Panda Shift Leaders are central figures in our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, responsible for creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and gaining valuable skills in managing store operations and leading teams.
Responsibilities
- Create a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Some high school education.
- Prioritize some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal requirements like Food Handler certification at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels and limited storage space.
