About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are central figures in our fast-paced and growth-oriented environment, responsible for creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
• Some high school education.
• Prioritize some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense.

ADA Statement: Workspaces can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workstations are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching across counters, working in fast-paced environments, and adapting to dynamic situations are required. Employees must also manage conflicts and difficult situations.
