About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Acquire certifications required by local/municipal regulations at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic environments, and manage conflicts.
