About the Role

As a Shift Leader at Panda, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride. You will gain valuable skills in managing store operations, leading the team during shifts, and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda menu items.
• Develop a diverse range of skills to grow personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Food Safety certification (local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense).

Work Environment and Physical Demands

While performing duties, employees work in hot and steamy counter areas, stand for long periods, and must lift up to 50 lbs. Kitchens are noisy, and storage space is limited. The role requires effective verbal communication, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour. Individual pay within the range is determined by factors such as work location and experience.
