About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' abilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Prior operations experience preferred.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant’s own expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
- Knowledge of ADA requirements and ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and limited workspace.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Shift Lead positions typically operate on a rotating schedule to cover various shifts throughout the day and night.
