Responsible
- Prepare hot and cold foods meeting hotel standards
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
- Execute dishes at the highest level according to kitchen standards
- Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail
- Work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

- One year minimum of experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment (plus luxury hotel experience)

Physical Requirements
- Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
- Standing and exercising mobility for extended periods during the shift
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
- Pushing and pulling food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis
- Most work tasks performed indoors
- Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; must be able to work in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10°F) and kitchens (+110°F)

The pay scale for Cook III is $23.00. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
