Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels, month end, purchasing of food supplies, menu development, and coordination of large catered events
• Maintain all kitchen equipment and work area to state sanitary standards
• Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors and external suppliers to ensure the inventory is stocked
• Organize a timeline for the event that is smooth and efficient
• Safely operate all kitchen equipment
• Assist in recipe development
• Ensure that the décor is properly set up and then broken down after the event
• Perform other duties as assigned
