About the role

Join our culinary team as a Cook II aboard our scenic passenger vessel and help prepare high-quality dishes in a unique waterfront setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes, quality standards, and service timelines.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage multiple orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, freshness, and proper storage practices.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Support kitchen organization and daily operations.
• Continue developing culinary skills through teamwork and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work quickly, follow direction, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move food supplies up to 40 pounds.
• Must meet minimum state age requirements.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Schedule

Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance.
