About the role
The Cook II - Catering position requires two years of experience as a Cook I or equivalent experience in quantity and quality food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Follow established procedures for food storage and handling.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid food handler’s permit.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of food service operations and safety regulations.
