Cook II- Breakfast Shift

Essential Job Functions

• Cooks in high volume and high quality environment.
• Cooks according to recipe specifications and maintains quality and consistency.
• Works from production sheets & recipes.
• Has knowledge of basic soup and sauce production.
• Fulfills tasks as directed by Sous Chef or Lead Cook (Cook III).
• Works cooperatively with others under high stress.
• Assists with food preparation.
• Wears appropriate uniform - chef coat, wardrobe issued pants, socks, slip resistant black shoes, cook beanie, and/or hair net.
• Provides service that reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately informs on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which they commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed by a Chef.
• Keeps and uses rotated food items using FIFO method (First In, First Out).
• Keeps refrigerators and dry storage clean & organized.

Job Qualifications

• Experience Required: Six months previous experience in kitchen production.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others at all times; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations; basic knife skills.
