About the Role

In its reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. In search of a culinary enthusiast who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set that standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the opening and closing of the Kitchen
• Oversee Kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring
• Maintain food quality, safety and inventory needs
• Request assistance from the chefs with tasks such as opening and closing the kitchen, inventory, and receiving

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Kitchen management highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Prior team leadership highly preferred
