About the role

We are hiring Cooks (Prep Cooks, Cook I, II & III) to support multiple food and beverage concepts at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, including Ross Peak Grill, Copper Horse Restaurant, and Copper Horse Bistro. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
• Deliver consistent, high-quality meals in a fast-paced airport environment
• Support multiple restaurant concepts as business needs require

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous cooking experience preferred, but opportunities may be available for motivated individuals eager to learn
• Must be independently legally authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Airport badge eligibility required
