Cook I - Hospitality

Location: Costanoa Lodge, Pescadero, CA
Part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Regional Director and General Manager.

About the role

The Line Cook I executes restaurant food in accordance with provided menus, recipes, and presentation standards. You will assist in guiding and training other restaurant cooks and directly support the management and supervisory team. We are hiring one AM and one PM part-time line cook, with potential for growth to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in training and guiding other restaurant cooks
• Support the management and supervisory team
