Cook I, Food Truck, Baptist Downtown

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, portion and cook according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Work clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies.
• Fill out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc. assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests, patients, and staff.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of their area – this position will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and engaging with customers.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of food service experience.
• Less than 1 year of cooking experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.

Skills

• ServSafe certification (preferred).
