About the Role
In its reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. In search of a culinary enthusiast who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set that standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the opening and closing of the Kitchen
- Oversee Kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring
- Maintain food quality, safety and inventory needs
- Assist the chefs with everything from opening and closing the kitchen to inventory and receiving
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Kitchen management highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Prior team leadership highly preferred
