Specific Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standards.
• Produce all quantities as directed by leadership.
• Maintain composure and focus in occasional high stress peak times in business.
• Sanitize food preparation areas and ensure they remain free from contamination.
• Adequately groom and adhere to Company policies regarding eating, drinking, and hygiene.
• Practice safe food handling techniques at all times.
• Maintain knife safety standards and utilize safety stations.
• Be knowledgeable about and able to operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Understand and apply approved chemical storage and usage guidelines.

Luxury Standards

• Clean coat, apron, hat, proper pants, non-slip shoes.
• A service culture mindset and team player mentality.

Skills/Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.
• Willingness to learn and follow written and verbal instructions.
• High school diploma and/or fluency in English preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work weekends and weekdays, with shifts ranging from 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm, averaging up to 29 hours per week.

Pay and Schedule

• The hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $24.90.
• The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may vary based on additional factors such as education and work location.

This position is primarily PM shifts and is a non-benefited part-time position.
