About the role

As a Cook I, you will create masterpieces for all our guests to enjoy at Estancia La Jolla, a former ranch dating back to the late 1800s. This AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel offers 210 casually elegant rooms and suites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for our many outlets.
• Create culinary masterpieces for our guests.
• Work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-year culinary experience.
• Knowledge and practical experience with basic cooking skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• Experience within a hotel/resort environment.
