Position Summary
The Cook-Hourly position is essential in delivering high-quality food preparation and service within the accommodation and food services industry. This role focuses on preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards, and ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed. Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with kitchen team members to manage food inventory and minimize waste
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, checking for quality and freshness
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is served at optimal quality
- Adapt to changing menu items and special dietary requests as needed
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery
