Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follows Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and/or Culinary Supervisors/Leads assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
- Prepares food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures.
- Maintains HACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors and drains.
- Ensures all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized, and kept in a safe and operable condition; report issues to lead or supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.

- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- ServSafe Allergens and Food Handler, preferred or ability to attain the required food safety certifications prior to working events.
- Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.
Compensation
Competitive salary of $18-$20/hr. commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands
- Constant standing, twisting, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
- Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
- Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
