Pay

Base pay starting at $12 per hour plus a high-paying tip pool.

Schedule

• No late nights, no early mornings
• Flexible schedule
• Morning shift: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Evenings: 4 PM – 10 PM
• Weekends and holidays when applicable (always closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately
• Set up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies
• Menu and product knowledge
• Managing orders efficiently
• Preparing catering orders
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
• Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing duties
• Completing all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platform

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experienced preferred but not required (training provided)
• Proper knife skills
• Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary
• Strong work ethic with passion and urgency
• Dependable and reliable
• Work flexible schedule
• Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brand
• Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)
• Obtain a Food Handler’s card shortly after beginning employment

Working Conditions

You'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing
• Bending, stooping, twisting
• Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
