RUSH Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. The hospital aims to offer compassionate, excellent care to its patients during their most vulnerable moments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals for patients and the cafeteria
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment
• Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
• Stay updated on nutritional services and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• One (1) year of cooking experience
• High School degree or equivalent preferred
• Culinary Arts degree preferred
• Completion of a state or local food safety-training course
• Healthcare experience preferred
