About the role

The Production Cook prepares large quantities of food following recipes, demonstrating proper knife skills and the ability to make timely judgments and decisions. You must be able to read new recipes, follow instructions, taste food, and suggest adjustments as needed. Proper presentation of the finished product is a priority.

Schedule

• Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Weekend hours vary
