Job Details
The Production Cook prepares large quantities of food following a recipe. Proper knife skills and the ability to make timely judgments/decisions must be demonstrated. The Production Cook must have the ability to read a new recipe and follow the instructions and have the willingness to taste the food and suggest adjustments as needed. Proper presentation of the finished product is a priority.
Department Specific Job Details
Shift: 10:30AM-7:00PM, every other weekend and holiday.
Education
A GED/High School diploma is preferred.
Experience
One to two years of kitchen experience are required.
