The local luxury resort seeks 2 experienced cooks for their fine dining establishment. The atmosphere is characterized by specially curated meals nightly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with culinary standards and customer preferences
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Fine dining, line cook, or chef experience preferred
• MUST be able to stay on-site the entire duration of the project

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

Benefits

• 1 daily hot meal + staff dining provided
• Room supplied by the resort (2 per room - $250 deposit required)
• 40+ hours per week + overtime available

Pay & Schedule

• $23 hourly
• Second Shift (Evening)
• 40 hours per week + overtime
