Cook/ Chef Position for School Food Service

Schedule
Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours daily (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM). No weekends or holidays; summers off.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold meals
- Follow menus and recipes according to the NSLP guidelines
- Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures
- Use personal protective equipment at all times
- Perform monthly inventory
- Maintain daily production records
- Stocking, serving, and cleaning
Requirements
- Cooking experience required; K-12 food service experience a plus
- ServSafe® certification preferred
- Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools
