About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative chef to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued.
Responsibilities
- Compose and prepare scratch made dishes under the guidance of the culinary team.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items, both traditional and innovative.
- Work closely with other culinary professionals to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Assist in managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote Epic’s brand and offerings.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
- A Culinary Arts degree is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in fine dining or large-volume kitchens is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI if needed.

Schedule
Daytime Monday-Friday hours (typically 7am - 3pm).
