About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative chef to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued.
Responsibilities
- Compose and prepare scratch made dishes under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items, both traditional and innovative, to meet guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure consistency and quality across all Epic venues.
- Assist in planning and executing catering events, showcasing versatility and adaptability in various settings.
- Take ownership of the food preparation process, ensuring dishes are both delicious and visually appealing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional cooking experience or a Culinary Arts degree.
- Experience in fine dining or large-volume operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, typically Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for sustainability and creating healthy, flavorful dishes.

Schedule
Daytime Monday-Friday hours (typically 7am - 3pm).
