Cook/Chef
This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
About the role
Work alongside other talented culinary professionals to compose and prepare scratch-made dishes. Our menus change daily, fostering creativity and variety in your work. You'll have the opportunity to move between venues, explore catering, and take ownership of your dishes from start to finish.
- Creativity: Reinvent traditional dishes or create something entirely new, with a focus on healthy, sustainable options.
- Variety: Work on new dishes each day, try different culinary techniques (e.g., sushi, catering), and rotate between venues.
- Ownership: Enjoy autonomy while having the support of your team to ensure dishes are both delicious and visually appealing.
Pay
Competitive pay starting at $25.00/hour, with eligibility for annual raises and bonuses.
Schedule
Daytime Monday-Friday hours (typically 7am - 3pm).

Requirements
- 3+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen and/or a Culinary Arts degree.
- Fine dining or large-volume experience is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
