About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative chef to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued.

Responsibilities

• Compose and prepare scratch made dishes under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.
• Contribute to the development of new menu items, both traditional and innovative.
• Ensure all dishes meet our commitment to health, sustainability, and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with other culinary staff to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Assume responsibility for the preparation and execution of daily dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Participate in catering events and other special projects as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional cooking experience or a Culinary Arts degree.
• Experience in fine dining or large-volume settings is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to the Epic campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
