About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative chef to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued.
Responsibilities
- Compose and prepare scratch made dishes under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items, both traditional and innovative.
- Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure consistency and quality across all Epic venues.
- Assist in catering events, offering flexibility and variety in your culinary contributions.
- Enjoy a high level of autonomy while working closely with your team to deliver exceptional dishes.
Requirements
- 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen or a Culinary Arts degree.
- Fine dining, large-volume experience is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
Skills
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Experience with food safety and sanitation practices.

Pay

Schedule
Daytime Monday-Friday hours typically 7am - 3pm.
