About the role

Assists Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in the preparation of meals and provides excellent customer service. Juniper is an innovative senior living community that believes in “nurturing the spirit of life,” offering safe working conditions, excellent pay, and staff appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.

Pay

$21.00‑24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full‑time position with rotating weekends.
