The Cooks at Watermark Retirement Communities play an essential role in creating a warm, enjoyable, and high-quality dining experience for our residents. This position goes beyond preparing meals—it is about bringing creativity, care, and passion to every dish served.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of nutritious and delicious meals for our residents
• Follow recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality
• Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences
• Ensure food safety and proper handling of all ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Engage with residents to understand their dining preferences and make adjustments as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent work ethic
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
