Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and portion standards
- Cook food items as per recipes and special diet requirements
- Follow food safety protocols
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior dining services experience in healthcare or a similar setting is preferred
- Culinary school experience is a plus
