The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading the development of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Lead technical design discussions and provide technical guidance to team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development management
• Experience leading agile development methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
