Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works in Food Service & Restaurant Operations
  • Establishes & maintains effective working relationships
  • Cultivates and maintains an integral and collaborative environment

  • Assists in training and development of employees
  • Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process
  • Provides and role models excellent customer service
  • Maintains the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions
  • Maintains kitchen in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
  • Ensures food service compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Supports and follows all company and department policies
  • Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand, and Business Principles

Compensation

Entry Level Compensation: USD $27.15/Hr.

Maximum Compensation: USD $28.45/Hr.
