About the role
We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our busy restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders are prepared according to our standard recipes and meet guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes using poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking techniques.
- Ensure all orders are cooked correctly and meet guest demands and requests.
- Manage time effectively to support other kitchen personnel and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with a wide range of cooking techniques.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- A team-first mindset.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional cooking experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of standard recipes and menu items.
