Budlong Southern Chicken is a staple restaurant in Chicago, known for serving great Southern Style Hot Chicken. Our location inside the Oakbrook Mall (The District) offers plenty of parking and a vibrant atmosphere.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced cook to join our high-volume restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, consistent, and committed to maintaining a healthy work environment while delivering quality Southern-style cuisine.

- Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and regularly.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
