Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets, performing tasks error-free to meet company quality standards
• Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position
• Experience and/or knowledge of special diets and meal preparation for large groups preferred
• Safe food handling techniques are required
• Ability to read and understand recipes
• Work in a team environment
• Work flexible shifts
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing
