About the role

We are seeking a skilled Grill/Line Cook to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will enjoy cooking and working in a professional kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

  • Set up food preparation for service
  • Cook from recipes
  • Work with servers to ensure meals are prepared and delivered within required time limits
  • Provide individual plating and banquet meals
  • Maintain food safety standards and regulations
  • Ensure cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Be on your feet for 4-6 hours
  • Consistently lift and move up to 25 lbs

Requirements

A good line cook should be able to prepare food according to recipes, work efficiently with servers, and adhere to food safety guidelines. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
