Essential Duties (may include, but not limited to)

  • Prepare food according to recipe requirements and plate presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain portion and waste control using systems standards.

  • You can be here when we need you; in other words, you have and can maintain a flexible schedule.
  • You can attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs required by the company, federally, or by the state as it relates to this position.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer skills are needed.

Education Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Handle products and tools, paperwork and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with other Team Members, including speaking and listening.
  • Continuously bend, reach, crouch, touch, feel, taste, talk, hear, wipe, smell, and inhale smoke from a wood-burning cooker.
  • Work with or near moving mechanical parts.
  • Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
  • Exposed to cleaning chemicals.
  • Frequent washing of the hands is required.
  • Exposed to temperatures between 0F and 100F.
  • Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job for up to an 8-hour shift.
