What You’ll Do

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
• Seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
• Boils, steams, or fries vegetables
• Makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
