Responsibilities
- Preparing products for the line
- Maintaining accuracy of product temperatures
- Keeping a clean and sanitary work environment
- Performing all food procedures correctly
- Ensuring kitchen equipment is functioning properly
- Assembling ingredients according to menu specifications
- Working quickly and efficiently
- Becoming familiar with new menu items and specials
Requirements
- Team Player with a sense of humor
- Smiles easily and often
- Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
- Ability to use a digital scale and thermometer
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
- Standing, bending, and walking the entire workday required
- Prefer kitchen line experience
- Demonstrates the ability to follow recipes
