Responsibilities

  • Preparing products for the line
  • Maintaining accuracy of product temperatures
  • Keeping a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Performing all food procedures correctly
  • Ensuring kitchen equipment is functioning properly
  • Assembling ingredients according to menu specifications
  • Working quickly and efficiently
  • Becoming familiar with new menu items and specials

Requirements

  • Team Player with a sense of humor
  • Smiles easily and often
  • Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
  • Ability to use a digital scale and thermometer
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
  • Standing, bending, and walking the entire workday required
  • Prefer kitchen line experience
  • Demonstrates the ability to follow recipes
