About the role
This is a full-time position in Cary, NC. We are seeking a Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes and food preparation guidelines.
- Ensure all food items are stored and handled safely in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Assist in preparing and serving meals to customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cook preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in using cooking equipment and appliances.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
